Well, as the name says, Gaddock Teeg has a big part in this deck, but it's not the only thing.

To make an efficient deck, I have added some good cheap creatures such as Watchwolf , Grizzled Leotau or Steward of Valeron which have a good relationship cost/effectiveness.

While this creatures stop the initial opponent's attacks, the mentioned Gaddock Teeg and Grand Abolisher prevent any mass removal and cut off any blue countering instants, still this creatures at CMC 2.

Creatures as Knight of New Alara or the artifact Behemoth Sledge magnify the initial creatures power and upgrade them for mid game more powerful menaces.

Finally to conclude the game, Privileged Position keeps important creatures on game,Tolsimir Wolfblood grants another source of +1/+1 , and most importantly the Phytohydra and Dueling Grounds combination gives you the oppotunity to either slowly diminish their lifes, or blocking can feed it to make it a powerful creature.

Spells such as Eladamri's Call make it easier to find the needed creatures. Oblivion Ring takes out any unexpected menace that can come onto board.
