This is my attemp on an Shadows over Inistrad deck. When I went through the spoilers I was caught by Thalia's Lieutenant, everytime damn time I did... In addition to that I like the theme a lot. So I started building decks and testing them online on xmage. Unfortunately I don't feel like the competition there is pretty rough and I'm looking foreward to the first FNM to test it in a competetive surrounding. So let's go to the cards:
In term of creatures:
4x Thraben Inspector this is just an insane value card. 1/2 with the potential to get buffed is somewhat close to Monastery Swiftspear with an additional clue token.

Town Gossipmonger
Year I know, it's kind of slow and it has the mayor downside of attacking every turn, but it provides a good boardstate if you flip it on turn 2 andyou start turn 3 with a 3/4 and something else on the board. In addition the abbility of boosting it is really good by the time you run short on cards. All in all I'm not sure if this is really good, but I just fell in love with this card and I'm gonna play it. If you disagree with it, there are possible substitutes for it like Servant of the Scale.
4x Thalia's Lieutenant Is the one and only key card in this deck that makes it playable. It is good on turn 2 and it is good on turn 10. Note that it doesn't matter if you play this as the first human, or as the last, the ammount of 1/1 counters is the same.
4x Knight of the White Orchid If you are on the draw it provides insane value, giving you mana advantage and thinnig out your deck. Once it got 1 or 2 counters it is a true beast with firststrike.

Consul's Lieutenant
Quite the opposide of Knight of the White Orchid. This one becomes insane if you are on the play. If it gets renowend your entire army starts growing. And he is not easily blocked with his firststricke.
Keep in mind while sideboarding, that one of the above is strong if you are on the play and the other if you are on the draw.
4x Den Protector Is also a really good value card, even though it doesn't get flipped a lot. Most of the time I play it face up. As soon as I got a Thalia's Lieutenant, Always Watching or Gideon, Ally of Zendikar to follow it up it becomes hard to block. If you have him somewhat later it is good to get back Collected Company or Thalia's Lieutenant. But never miss your 2 or 3 drop because you want to save this for later.
2x Declaration in Stone The best white removal in the new format, getting rid of every creature without hexproof.
4x Dromoka's Command Pretty much 2 mana revomal that strenghtens one of your creatures. In addition it can help with every kind of enchantments (Silk Wrap on your Thalia's Lieutenant? Nice another round of counters!) or even protect you and your creatures from dieing against red decks.
2x Always Watching All your buddys get bigger and get vigilance, nice to have. First one is stronger than the second one (double vegilance is not that efficient ;)) thus 2 seem like the right amount. Often you like to play another creature on turn 3 anyway.
4x Collected Company Good old Coco, getting more Thalia's Lieutenant and providing card advantage at instant speed. This is the reason to play green in this deck.
2x Gideon, Ally of Zendikar How many Planeswalkers can transform into a Human? Although his Tokens aren't Humen his emblem or even his +1 do pretty well and you need something for the lategame anyway. This is not rdw.
In terms of stategy:
Overall the strategy is to get board presence and put your opponent on pressure forcing him into unfavourable trades and slowly start overruning him. Just keep on putting creatures on the board and buffing them at the same time. Clearly this is a very aggressive deck, but it proviedes the real thread in the midgame since it is somewhat slow in the beginning. If you play against something like Languish you better have something with more than 4 toughness on turn 4, elsewise you can pretty much concede. Boardwipes are the clear weakness of this deck, but actually I didn't face to many of them in the 20+ games I tested this at.
