This a fun EDH deck. Sliver Overlord is a toolbox to find what you need.

Wincons:

Sliver Queen + Mana Echoes = infinite slivers.

It also works with Training Grounds + Basal Sliver.

Sliver Overlord can steal your opponent's creatures with Amoeboid Changeling or Unnatural Selection.

Of course this is still a great beatdown deck. Just get any 4 or 5 slivers and drop Sliver Legion. Swing for lethal!
