Fun semi-casual Hallar deck. I added fun cards like Horned Kavu and Shivan Wurm into the deck for added bounce value on most creature cards.

Seeing as Hallar becomes a quick target due to its nature, I put in quite a few safeguards to keep it on the board and maximize its potential.
