It seems to me that Hapatra, with her knowledge and understanding of poisons, could be a valuable asset either for or against Phyrexia and their Glistening oil. I've chosen the former for her.

This deck generates a lot of board presence, using the Deathtouch of snakes to keep enemy Bigstuff from attacking you first, and eventually swing in with a buff. A secondary strategy is to kill with our large Infect creatures. If your opponents are (rightfully, considering Hatred) uncomfortable with allowing any Infect critter go unblocked, you are rewarded with a snake! Yay!

Deck still needs tuning, but it'm getting there.
