Built this Deck in a hour and a half before a modern tournament at my LGS. I got second, losing only to Elemental/Kithkin Boros, while beating Elf Ball, Simic, and Selesyna. The goal here is to harass the opponent and keep Reassembling Skeleton on the field untill i can cast something bigger. Dash Hopes was my most effective card followed by Reassembling Skeleton and Cry of Contrition I'm Still looking for good Side board suggestions that i can pick up through trades or cheaply.
