A mountain-based deck! This deck grows stronger with every mountain you play. Build from a pebble to a landslide with stubborn creatures, stony enchantments and earth spells! Whoever you face, they've just set out on a rocky road.

In all seriousness, this is a well-balanced mono-red deck. It isn't the best at rushing, sure, but this deck will make drawn out games much easier than most mono-red decks would.

Ideally, you want to be playing land every turn, even when you don't feel you need the mana. This is because cards like Spitting Earth, Seismic Strike and Claws of Valakut grow in strength with every mountain you play.

Okay, so this deck has been gathering dust for some time. I'm looking to improve and diversify it a little without breaking the theme of stone and mountains. Volcanic themes are borderline but acceptable.
