I love banding. I also love Hazezon Tamar. This is a banding deck focused on Hazezon. At present, this is an extremely casual deck. There's some very expensive cards, but overall the power level isn't particularly there, because as cool as banding is, most of the cards with it are not good by today's standards, and a good number were not great in 1995 either. There's a reason that Helm of Chatzuk and Baton of Morale are my most used banding cards.

The more usual strategy with Hazezon is to employ a bunch of blink and enters the battlefield triggers. This is the most correct way to build him, and the EDHRec page for him will allow you to piece together a very good deck from that; unlike most of the original Legends, Tamar is still (somewhat) playable today, though far from a Tier 1 commander.
