This deck's designed to be pretty cheap, as are all my decks. It's also not really meant for competitive play. So please: no Shockland suggestions. Thanks.
Main goal is to mill oneself out via Mulch, Armored Skaab, Gloom Surgeon etc. and then win with our favorite kind of maniac: Laboratory Maniac, who we can find with Tracker's Instincts, Grisly Salvage, Faithless Looting, Forbidden Alchemy and stuff.
Or we just bring him back from the dead with Breaking / Entering or even Deadbridge Chant. Or Psychic Spiral. Whatever works, I guess.
Gloom Surgeon stalls the board while milling us closer to victory. Hopefully. Don't let me down, little guy!
Same for Armored Skaab. Made for battle. Freedom! Wait, actually not at all.
Gnaw to the Bone can actually be pretty crucial with it's life gaining properties. To ensure death, one has to stay alive. Wait what? Good thing it has Flashback, anyway.
Alternate win cons are:
Increasing Confusion can get a huge effect going, not only for ourselves.
Psychic Spiral can also mill our opponent, but can also reset our deck if all of our card:Laboratory Maniacs got lost in the grave. He's so silly sometimes.
- Da beatz. We don't just want to sit back and be all controlling. That'd be booooriiing.
Splinterfright is great in this deck. Not only does it mill us, it also gets casually friggin' huge.
Boneyard Wurm is "only" a beatstick, but a good one at that. He's always so happy when something dies! Such a good boy.
Any tips, suggestions and +1's are greatly appreciated. For that, take a look at the updates I'll post.
Thanks and have a nice, gloomy day!
