Went to FNM this past Friday and played Esper control first round and couldn't get the creatures out in time and turn 3 he played Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, then turn 4 Jace, Architect of Thought, turn 5 Jace, Memory Adept, and turn 6 Elspeth, Sun's Champion. needless to say I was outclassed with a barrage of +/- counters flying around.
second round I played an all white agro which I made short work of. because of the Kalonian Hydra.
third round I Faced a Maze's End
deck in which I just couldn't get things going in time so I lost.
fourth round was easy when I faced a Izzet deck. it was a blow out.
