This list is a concentrated focus of key cards from the Phyrexia: All Will be One expansion of Magic: The Gathering.
It is designed as an "aggro" strategy built around the poison counters mechanic.
It has not been tested in gameplay that I know of, and I would be interested in how it compares to the Red Deck Wins strategies from MtgTop8.com standard meta for April-May 2023.
Piloting this build should be intuitive. Cast 2 or 3 well timed Whisper of the Dross spells on a board as full as possible of Venerated Rotpriests for at least 6 or 7 triggers.
Additional spells included in the expansion synergize well to advance your strategy by at least 1 or 2 poison counters while providing card advantage with spells like Infectious Inquiry and threat removal like Vraska's Fall.
The grand finale can be anything up to an enormous Tyrranax Rex stomping in the remaining poison counter to deliver the promise that "All will be one."
Mythicspoiler.com was used as reference. Organization and filtration of the expansion lasted about 90 minutes, and another 20 minutes were used review the list.
Organization and filtration simply included determining which cards advanced a poison counter strategy, and which poison counter strategy cards were most useful.
Though the attempt was made to produce a competitive strategy, no testing was done, and the efficacy of this list cannot be certain.
