Maybeboard


So the deck runs a little slow unless you get good sac outlets and mana ramp in hand. It still only gets rolling around mid to late game. It cheats out big creatures pretty easily. It does seem like it could use more artifact ramp and less land ramp, i may play with that a bit. Cards like Cultivate or Kodama's Reach are nice because they help you not miss land drops, but the land it gives does come in tapped. I may cut cards like Farseek and the like that only get one land in favor of artifact ramp thats a little quicker.

When the mana starts flowing with Doubling Cube and/or Mana Reflection casting and recasting the commander is easy, reducing the blitz cost for creatures. With Conduit of Ruin, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Heartless Summoning, and Cloud Key also providing ways to reduce cost on creatures really makes the high CMC of the creature base manageable. I know most of the creatures on this list don't reward you for them dying other than drawing a card with blitz, but keeping the door revolving with the blitz mechanic can help you find recursion to abuse your opponents with later.

Drawing cards with the blitz mechanic and soulbounding our blitz creatures with Doom Weaver will really put cards in your hand. You can just soul bound the blitzed in creature drawing a card for blitz then say we bonded with Breaker of Armies or Treeshaker Chimera , we draw an additional 10 to 11 cards while potentially getting rid of most of the enemies creatures. Hopefully drawing some recursion and discarding some creatures to get out later. Other card draw would be Beast Whisperer, Disciple of Bolas used on a blitzed creature or the commander maybe in main phase 2 blitzed out herself for value, Garruk's Uprising, Life's Legacyon a blitzed creature or the commander.

After we blitz out our creatures and we want them back from the graveyard heres ways to get them back. Chainer, Nightmare Adept asks you to discard a card to bring one back once per turn, if you just cast one it gets haste but you can also choose to utilize blitz with chainer because Henzie "Toolbox" Torre doesnt care where you cast from just that youre casting. Feldon of the Third Path will let you create a token copy of a creature once per turn for just 3 mana and a 3 mana (insert nasty eldrazi with annihilator or a creature that all opponents creatures have to block for a pseudo board wipe) is well worth it, also with Doom Weaver you can pair with the token. Journey to Eternity   brings one back initially then flips for repeatable recursion. Living Death can get our stuff out in bulk, this can also bring out stuff for our opponents but generally our creatures should be much larger and annihilator should take care of it. lastly Rise of the Dark Realms will usually give you the win because yea, all creatures from all graveyards...

I'm not going to go over ramp or removal here, but things in the deck that help are Defense of the Heart to get two big nasties i recommend Archfiend of Depravity or Sheoldred, Whispering One in combination with It That Betrays. Also All Is Dust or Living Death with It That Betrays should net you a pretty hefty bounty. Quicksilver Amulet or Monster Manual because paying 4 is better than paying 10. Apex Devastator gives you 4 cascade triggers at 10 CMC even if we blitz it in for 2 green. Also a good Primal Surge could get most of your deck out

I feel like i need the most help or suggestions with recursion and sac outlets. I know all my creatures aren't optimized for rewards on death but i like it so far. Its just not streamlined yet. But yea, this is it so far any suggestions would be nice, thanks.

Cards im considering including from the maybe board are combo pieces with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed. With him and Cauldron of Souls you can save your board from a board wipe or used to negate the undying trigger from Mik allowing you to abuse some etb/on death triggers. Also if we have a sac outlet out like Greater Good or Ashnod's Altar, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, with either Woodfall Primus or Murderous Redcap it creates an infinite loop with the undying and persist triggers canceling each other out.
