Attack people with their own creatures and then sacrifice them.

Mogg War Marshal gives you three sacrifices for Nantuko Husk or Bloodthrone Vampire. Couple this with a Fling on turn 4+ for 14 damage.

Viscera Seer is a nice one cost sac outlet and it gives something to sacrifice your other creatures to in response to removal.

The deck is pretty budget, especially if you remove the dual lands and replace the Fatal Pushes.

The sideboard has enough removal to deal with infect thus far, but I am struggling against burn.
