When thinking about commander, I realized that almost every one has someone in their playgroup who plays mimeoplasm, zur, or any number of popular commanders. But what happens to all those unused commandesrs from Legends or Kamigawa? I thought about it for a while and had a stroke of genius: Hipstermander. Hipstermander plays like any other game of edh with the following exceptions: the commander must be a rather unused, almost bad commander, and the decklist ,excluding basic lands, must be under 35$. This variation on commander puts creative restraints on deckbuilding causing some long forgotton cards to be put into decks. Without further ado, the deck. I picked Kiyomaro because I thought he personified this format variation perfectly. A white card draw deck? Perfect. Along with a card draw theme, I put in some life gain, protection from colors, and voltron subthemes. Obviously, with a reduced budget some card choices are not ideal, and some are in there just for fun like favor of the mighty. Suggestions are welcome as long they would keep the deck on budget.
