Maybeboard

Hello there, I made this deck after seeing the Dr. Who Bant deck and wanted to create a token/copy centric deck. I tried to keep this deck's power level similar to a pre-con, but I think I failed in that regard. This deck is not meant to be competitive or extremely strong (hence why Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite is not in the 99. The decks strategy is to play Peri Brown and The Sixth Doctor as soon as possible. Getting creatures or tokens out turn 1-3 will accelerate getting the Doctor on the board. All the sagas in the deck are 3 drops that aid in creating creature tokens on the turn they enter the battlefield. Once the Doctor is on the field, start playing Historic spells (using Peri's convoke to help pay for the first historic spell) and duplicate that spell using the Doctors ability. All the nonland permanents in the deck are historic except for one creature card, Displaced Dinosaurs; which I believe is worth keeping in the deck. All deck suggestions are welcomed. I am trying to keep this deck at a slightly-stronger Pre-con level.

Some fun things you can do with this deck:
Errant, Street Artist can copy the copied historic spell that The Sixth Doctor created. Things will get nutty with three copies of a legendary creature. Pay 4 and 1B to get three Solemn Simulacrum. Pay 1GW and 1U for three Bess, Soul Nourisher. Many of the creatures and Sagas are great targets to duplicate or triplicate with Errant, Street Artist (I would mention Elesh Norn here, but I consciously decided to not put such a powerful card in the deck).
Birthing Pod is in the deck for instant speed problem solving. I did not want this deck to become a Birthing Pod centric deck. So the deck doesn't run all the answers I would need to protect my creatures. Sacrificing a 3 drop to Birthing Pod allows us to grab Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle for creature ramp. Or we can get Jazal Goldmane for instant speed board pump (granted we have 3WW up to use). Other strong 4 drops to pull from the deck: Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage, so we can start using Peri and the Doctor on everyone's turn. Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist, for some combat tricks. Its very easy to tap Mirri using Peri's convoke or Springleaf Drum or Inga and Esika abilities. The enemy can only attack with 1 creature and block with one creature. Perfect for our go-wide strategy! Mishra's Self-Replicator is one of two 5 CMC creatures in the deck. Birthing Pod can use the token copy of Self-Replicator to continue the Birthing Pod line into 6 drops.

A couple notes about Commander's abilities (For Players not familiar with convoke and copy effects):
Convoke can help pay for Kicker costs as well as the Squad cost on Sicarian Infiltrator.
When duplicating a Historic spell with the Doctor, if the spell has an "X" in its cost, the copy will have the same value for X. However, kicker costs will not be duplicate.
