Alright, I'm not gonna mess around; I love artifacts. Started during the first Mirrodin block and have loved them ever since. However, I've always had a love affair with stax control and things along those lines. After awhile, I figured I should combine the two. The main interaction behind this deck is abusing counter placement on powerful artifacts and binding our opponent in such a way that he simply cannot play the game anymore, and then win with Grindclock because its art is AMAZING. I'll update again later today/tomorrow with the intricacies and play method, but you peeps ain't dumb so I'm sure you'll notice them for now. Also, do keep in mind that this is casual, so there are quite a few weak spots.
