So here's what's going down:
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx - Every devotion deck needs this, I chose to run 4 of them because I can combo it with the legendary rule, and the sooner I have it out the more mana I can produce.
Elvish Mystic - Early ramp is always nice, also a good chump blocker for early aggro.
Burning-Tree Emissary - Combos well with itself and many other 2 drops, good for getting a fast wall out as well as getting my devotion up, which this deck is all about.
Sylvan Caryatid - A good defender, Hexproof and ramps up my mana, what's not to like?
Voyaging Satyr - Combos with Nykthos, also a good blocker.
Reverent Hunter
- Some may disagree with my running this as a 4 of, but there has been countless times I would have lost a match if it wasn't for this guy. He can be a 13/13 by turn 4 if I play my cards right.
Bow of Nylea - Deathtouch is always nice. Also good for beefing up my less fortunate guys. Combos well with Polukranos' monstrosity.
Polukranos, World Eater - This guy is just silly. In this deck, He's gotten up to a 57/57 with trample.
Karametra's Acolyte - Awesome mana ramping, would be a 4 of if I could fit her in there.
Nylea, God of the Hunt - a 6/6 for 4CMC and gives everybody trample? Yes please.
Xenagos, the Reveler - Another mana ramp, plus 2/2's with haste. He can and has saved my ass many times. His ultimate is also very nice.
Arbor Colossus
- Every green devotion deck needs this guy. He's beefy, has reach, and adds 3 to devotion. Not a bad tradeoff. His monstrous ability takes care of pesky flyers like Archangel of Thune .
Garruk, Caller of Beasts
- Can be out as early as turn 2 if I play my cards right. Since my deck is mostly creatures, he's very relevant. Would be a 4 of, but only have 3 copies.
To the sideboard!
Mistcutter Hydra - Mono blue tends to be a problem around my area, He's one of my answers. Also good against control as he can be brought out without being countered, and attack the same turn.
Skylasher
- Another answer for for mono blue and control.
Nylea's Disciple
- Lifegain is relevant against burn/red deck wins.
Scavenging Ooze - Graveyard play? I think I will.
Witchstalker
- Another good card against control and mono-blue.
