How can we make Undying Flames a great card?

Okay so I know that Undying Flames pretty much isn't the best card in Magic, but I wanted to make a lul deck around it.

So I put in Red mana ramp to play it quickly, or at least get a Teferi's Puzzle Box + Omen Machine combo in so no one has a hand for strategy, and I don't have to worry about big mana costing things that I won't be able to play, I'll get them for free. It's a win/win situation for me because I'll get free Darksteel's, or if I have Undying Flames out, that's a huge amount of damage to their face. I know Draco will die before I can attack with him, but he is just for the Flame's use. The reason why I have Selective Memory in here is simple. Lets say I have Undying flames in my hand, and I have enough mana to play it next turn. The turn before I can play it, I'll play selective memory and remove any low costing cards from my library before I set off my win condition. Any suggestions for better cards?
