With the recent unbanning of Bloodbraid Elf, the accessibility of Jund has gone significantly down as the price barrier skyrockets. I wanted to make this deck to serve as an entry point for myself and others who want to play Jund, but aren't able to fork over the $2k required for the tier-1 version of the deck.

Trying Pain Seer as a budget Bob, and although he's a significant downgrade, I believe that running enough hand disruption and removal will help him serve as a Dark Confidant proxy. I've considered replacing him with Phyrexian Arena, as well simply ditching the idea of a Bob replacement entirely in favor of Blightning. Would love to know what you guys think.
