I saw the card Turn to Frog and IMMEDIATELY thought that I needed to design a deck around it. This is purely a joke deck and is kind of named after the dual spell Turn / Burn. The goal is simple: Turn the opponents' creatures into something akin to wet paper and burn their faces off. And, because Turn / Burn is two separate instant spells, it triggers guttersnipe twice and, when combined with Cast Through Time, it gives both spells rebound meaning they can be used for twice the efficiency. This deck is a massive load of trash, do not take it seriously.
