Control the skies with the almighty power of faith and fire ! Going boros allows these angels to be on the offensive. Early game you drop unassuming lifegain creatures and decent blockers. On turn 4 it's time to start smacking around enemy walkers with your wings. With a suite of tricks and 4 mana lying around there's a lot of breathing room. Mid game we see 5/5 lifelinkers swinging at faces with little regards. Shoot down any pesky fliers hanging around with Huatli, Warrior Poet's minus ability and its lights out little birdie! Aurelia, the Warleader and/or Gisela, Blade of Goldnight swinging in together twice is almost certainly curtains for all!

Still looking for a way to make lifegain more valuable. For now Serra Ascendant, Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant, Resplendent Angel and Archangel of Thune utilize lifegain well.
