I have been building this deck for sometime. I like the idea of tribal decks but to pull off a successful "angel" deck you need much mana boost. This deck is not so much tribal anymore as there are only a hand full of angels in this deck. Use your blue to snap back opposing creatures or counter spells. Slow down your opponant to build more time to get a bigger mana flow but dropping down Vapor Snag Detention Sphere and use Render Silent in the most strategic ways possible. Use Kor Cartographer and cloud shift to bring in the mana fast. You can often get 2 mana in one turn and sometimes 3. Student of Warfare is your main ***ch . If you can pop her down on turn one she can do many great things throughout the battle, giving you a nice defensive front. Use Silence in the opponents upkeep to halt their activity, there will be 4 in this deck soon. WHen the timing is right drop down either Pristine Angel Angelic Overseer or Admonition Angel , fallowed by Silverblade Paladin
