Tried to build a deck around the Detain mechanic which seemed a bit weaker than some of the other Ravnica mechanics.

However, the strategy I took was instead of trying to use repetable detain triggers through mana or Martial Law was to keep replaying the creatures themselves.

While it still uses mana to play them, I also combined them with Stormfront Riders so you can get tokens. I also put in the Azorius AEthermage which can help keep your hand full as creatures keep coming back to your hand.

While the creatures might be able to win through your opponent's, the strategy is to mostly hold back and wait to win with the Elocutors.

I also forgot to mention that this is actually a human tribal deck as well - though there aren't any interactions on this like abilities or boosts.
