Artifacts, control, combo, and a whole lot of tutoring! keep a 2 land hand, try and tutor up Patriar's Seal for big turns, and put one of the combos together for the win while locking down threats as they come.

you can win a few ways. Grindstone + Painter's Servant is a classic for cmc 1&3, Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth gives you mana, which can be spent on Goblin Cannon or Cogwork Assembler. For a combat wincon, Basalt Monolith + Crackdown Construct gives you a big impact hitter. Dross Scorpion + Thopter Squadron and Gilded Lotus, Thran Dynamo, or Coveted Jewel is an alternate mana combo that can be used to infinitely untap your artifacts.

An ideal hand has 2 lands and a 1 cmc artifact. turn 1 land + artifact. turn 2 oswald. turn 3 you use oswald on the 1cmc artifact, search for Mycosynth Wellspring to play a 3rd land, and then go from there.
