Tutor for Roaring Primadox or First Responder with Rocco, then you're in value town, baby! The deck runs a lot of ramp because you need to get to 7 mana to cast Rocco for x=4, but there's a hack to make this easier. You can cast Rocco for x=1 to tutor for wirewood symbiote. Wirewood symbiote is a great card for this deck, because there are several creatures you can tap for mana, and, Rocco's an elf. So, you can bounce Rocco after you tutor for Wirewood so you can tutor for Primadox later. There are also a plethora of elves in the deck with relevant ETBs, such as Trostani's summoner, reclamation sage, or elvish visionary.
