The idea is to get a lot of Mana to cast a an infinite Lifeblood Hydra and deal infinite damage to the opponent with Essence Harvest. Another alley is to let Lifeblood Hydra die to gain potentially infinite life (e.g. with Culling the Weak, High Market, Miren) and through that let the opponent loose infinite life with Defiant Bloodlord. Just make sure not to draw infinite cards while your opponent survives ;)

To go infinite you need:

• Umbral Mantle + Priest of Titania + 3 other Elves

• Arbor Elf + Forest + Fertile Ground + Overgrowth + Umbral Mantle (or 2 Overgrowth)

• Voyaging Satyr + Umbral Mantle + Gaea's Cradle + 3 other creatures
