Basically I want to make the douchiest deck where you get divine intervention on board, and the vampire hexmage to make it lose all counters and GG it's a draw. Wash, rinse, repeat, lose all friends.

I really need help with this deck as I don't know the Legacy Meta too well and what things would be needed to help this deck "win" as much as possible.
