Syr Konrad build that goes heavy on the mill theme. I think there are 26-27 cards that mill in some way, shape, or form. Mindcrank is a win-con with the commander on the battlefield. Mesmeric Orb is also an all-star. This deck also runs a few dredge cards and some graveyard shufflers like Perpetual Timepiece and Morality Shift. It's a fairly optimized build. You can also make this more of a budget deck if you eliminate cards like Cabal Coffers.
