I Don't Like Playing on My Turn

Modern

Derqua

Sideboard

Counter their spells, remove their creatures, then win through snap-bolts, colonnades and secure the wastes.

Some notes on the deck:

I feel like mana leak is a terrible card when you're trying to grind out the long game. I've slowly dropped them for Logic Knots and I haven't looked back. Early game all you need is a counter for 1 or 2 and in the late game with a deck so packed with removal and cantrips it can easily counter for 10+.

Think Twice is very important to a deck like this. What you do with your mana when you don't have to respond to something is very important, so having a dump that replaces itself and draws an extra card later is very important.

There are only 3 Snapcasters because they have to compete with Logic Knot for using the cards in the graveyard. You can try to run with 4, but I feel 3 gives you enough with how many cards you can draw in a game, plus you get an extra slot for an additional spell.

The 2 polluted deltas should be scalding tarns but right now my budget isn't letting me finish my set.
