I was looking for a good start point for this deck and found the mono-blue deck that I copied to start working on this one. I couldn't pass up on splashing for notion thief, also made a few small changes here and there as well as adding fade away for some protection against armies.(My friends usually play elves or bores aggro decks.) Let me know what you think.

WARNING!!! DO NOT, UNDER ANY CURCUMSTANCE CAST Trade Secrets WHILE Notion Thief IS ON THE FIELD WITHOUT HAVING Psychic Corrosion OR Sphinx's Tutelage ALSO ON THE FIELD.
If your opponent realizes what you did, they can force you to deck yourself. Honestly I would avoid this combo unless you have enough mana for atleast one counterspell.
