HEAVY JURASSIC RAMP

The Deck

This decks is basically ramping into f***ing big dinos to smash opponents board and table. But even though the strategy it's so easy, there are many synergies inside this deck that could surprise your opponent.

Let's discuss about this separately!

Mana Ramp

Here we have in total 8 mana ramp divided among sorceries and enchantments (I leave EtU here just because its in maybeboard, so I just dont count it).

Thunderherd Migration is the kind of spell that makes this dino-ramp-deck real!

Enter the Unknown is cool with creatures, making them stronger or adding a land to your hand to play afterwards even if you played a land before that turn. Nice.

New Horizons because, why not pumping a creature and gaining a 2-mana land. And, Zacama, Primal Calamity is even better!

Ramping Creatures

Ramping is what this deck is about. So here we have 11 ramping creatures!

Drover of the Mighty is great early and late game. He can add mana of any color to cast removals or ramp spells, then, with his friends dinos on the ground he'll become stronger! Wow!

Ranging Raptors. Now seriously, they are the superstars here. Nice 3-drop, cool body, easy enrage trigger, and so much synergy with Reckless Rage and Forerunner of the Empire. They're necessary for ramping into bigger threats.

Atzocan Seer is a new addition. In the first MU tests i noticed the deck lacks of answering after a countered dino. This adds mana and recover a dino at istant speed.

Dino Tutors

Because you gotta choose in your games.

Forerunner of the Empire seems to good to not give him a try. He tutor, which is really cool with so many 1x dinos, then if a dino smashes into the battlefield he may damage all creatures for just one damage. This enables so many enrage abilities in this deck, and it may kill some of opponent creatures.

RBD (Yeah, it means really big dinos)

Really cute dinos.

Gishath, Sun's Avatar has so many cool abilities, but the ability to hit and drop two or three dinos on the battlefield for free is as hell. He's ok with his mana cost here, it's a rampy shell!

Silverclad Ferocidons amazing enrage ability, with the Forerunner on the field it triggers as soon as it enters the field...

Trapjaw Tyrant same as before. But with exile until this bla bla effect. The Scarab God am I talking to you?

Regisaur Alpha a bit low cost to ramp in, but, giving all dinos haste is really cool. Imagine swinging with all those dinos when they're cast. MMMH TASTY

Zacama, Primal Calamity this is huge. I do really need to explain why this is huge? I don't think so.

Polyraptor the worst enrage trigger invented. This is horrible. With the forerunner it can combo alone. But even having four or five 5/5 hasti bois on the battlefield is good enough for giving this a chance.

Removals

Playing red only means a thing... FIREEE

I found Reckless Rage really interesting the first time i saw it. It's cool here to make more damages receiving a little part of them back on a creature of mine. Especially when I choose it. ENRAGEEEEEE

Lightning Strike you don't even know your opponent stay low on life and you want to finish this early...

Lands

I obviously decided to play as many basics I can, with all those ramp spells I must have basics to search for!

Anyway I'm pretty sure that playing a full set of Unclaimed Territory and Rootbound Crag would be good the same.

But I'm not sure about the cycle-lands. I'm just giving them a try.

Synergies!

First of all: Enrage. This ability is cool and here we have many raging beasts.Forerunner of the Empire and Reckless Rage are the best enablers. They'll go well with Ranging Raptors for ramping, but with our RBDs it's even way cooler. Just imagine what an hasty Polyraptor can made if the Forerunner is on the field. He enter, he triggers, then another raptor enters so he trigger again giving life to other two raptors, which enters the battlefield doing the same. Here the Forerunner and the other 4 toughness will die, but hey, we have like eight 5/5 bois on the field! Trapjaw Tyrant and Silverclad Ferocidons are two cool permanent removals.

Sideboard

Actually, this deck is in a really raw stage so I think I'll test this a bit before thinking about SB.Any help is appreciated.

I hope you like my idea and give my an upvote to continue testing and upgrading this deck!

Cya on the battlefield! :)
