This deck is based on getting Joirah out as quick as possible, and playing by ourselves. No, really. The point is to get stuff out and storm off to victory. We are using mana reducing cards so we could play our artifacts for free. There is also a niche combo if you add Shimmer Myr in, using Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain + Shimmer Myr + Mystic Forge and some mana reducers, we can look at the top of our deck anytime, and when we play an artifact, we can see if the top is an artifact or not, if it is we can flash out the artifact, and draw again, but in response to that we can cast the top card of our library if its an artifact, if not, we can use Joira's trigger to draw, and get rid of the land or something, then if its an artifact we can cast it, if its not an artifact use the 2nd Joira trigger, and if there's ANOTHER obstacle, we can pay one life, and tap mystic forge to exile the top card of our library (wow, I spent WAY too much time explaining that). This is also a budget(ish) deck, and any suggestions would be welcome!
