Going to replace my famed Demon deck with this guy. He's really powerful as a commander, so I hope to make the deck work without needing opponents' creatures but still be able to take advantage of them when I see a fattie or a goodie.

Tricks:

Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Kokusho, the Evening Star - Reanimate repeatedly to win.

Crypt Rats or Pestilence Demon - When paired with Loxodon Warhammer or Whip of Erebos this gains you around a hundred life and wipes the board if you have the mana.

Mindslicer - lovely stax.

Withering Boon - because LITERALLY NO ONE expects the black counterspell. It also can stop those pro-black, hexproof, or shroud creatures.

Exsanguinate - paired with all the mana-doublers in this deck this can easily kill people.

Ob Nixilis, Unshackled - Reanimate at instant speed if someone searches their library to net you 7 life difference, bonus points if it's a Firemind's Foresight for a 27-life difference.
