Built around abilities that allow playing cards without paying their mana cost that might otherwise be too mana expensive to combine in one deck. Using scry to position cards in order to trigger properly from library to hit the battlefield for free.

Commander pulls in odd mana cost cards for free so putting in some real monster size odd cost creatures and looking for ways to put them from my hand to the top of my library to trigger this play style.
