Etali, Primal Storm is the center of this deck; casting free spells from the top of the libraries is a great thing, and considering the fact that there are many red spells that allow you to make additional combats, it means you can cast lots and lots of free spells while you keep attacking(and keeping alive your Etali, of course).Ignite Memories is an interesting card that can be used to finish the game, thanks to the fact that it has Storm(wich remands the name of the commander) and hopefully your opponents will have high CMC cards in their hands.

Etali, Primal Storm+Sword of Feast and Famine+Aggravated Assault is the masterpiece of this deck, making a huge number of combat phases possibile, and eventually a rain of free cards. the same combo can be done with Neheb, the Eternal and many attacking creatures dealing at least 5 damage: the damage will be converted in red mana in your pool, so as long as you can deal at least 5 damage and keep your Neheb, the Eternal safe, you are going to do as many combat phases as you can with Aggravated Assault.

Blood Moon and Stranglehold are in to limit your opponents, and let you build your advantage.
