There's a combination of things going on here; a more defensive Aristocrats/BW tokens build.

Sleeper Agent activates Bloodchief Ascension. The agents can be blocked by Wall of Omens or High Priest of Penance , or can activate Vengeful Pharaoh endangering their other creatures and permanents.

Meanwhile Bitterblossom, Blood Artist, Viscera Seer, Suture Priest and Tymaret, the Murder King allow us to generate tokens, attack with them, block with them, or sac them, gaining life and damaging our opponent while further fuelling Bloodchief Ascension.
