This deck revolves around looking at your opponent's hand and forcing them to discard cards. Cabal Therapist, Cabal Therapy, and Mind Drain are all good ways of doing this.

Now, some fun things to do: You can use Abandon Hope to help satisfy the delirium requirement for Pick the Brain. Quest for the Nihil Stone can rack up damage. Noetic Scales can force your opponent to bounce creatures, that you can then surgically remove. And Waste Not is just ridiculous.
