I'm sorry, you wanted to cast what?

Modern

Now, before I say anything else, I want to mention: this deck is NOT meant to be some super combo deck to win FNM every week. I am aware of Possibility Storm decks that combo out super powerful creatures for the win; however, this deck is for fun (and to annoy my friends to great extents...).

Now that that's out of the way... The Perfect Storm!

Basically, the entire deck is based around extremely annoying cards that make the opponent(s) want to quit on sight.

Early Game

The entire point of early game here is to survive until Possibility Storm comes out. With a playset of it, you should always draw at least one by the time you have five lands. Until then...

Defenders: These guys, believe it or not, are the primary win condition. Vent Sentinel tends to be a fun surprise and its pretty funny. "My defender is now dealing 5 damage to you each turn. Problem?" Keep them alive for the damage, but don't let yourself die too quickly either.

Crystal Ball: What I like to call the Scry Machine. Extra mana this turn? Scry 2. Gets you what you need and gets the high cost cards out of the way early on.

Gitaxian Probe: Draw and be prepared. Simple enough, no?

Telepathy : Useful in 1 v 1's, hilarious in multiplayer games. My friends and I really like playing FFA's, and this card guarantees infighting among the entire group. Try making an alliance with someone while knowing that they have two Doom Blades and a Cancel in their hand.

Rest of the Game

By this point, Possibility Storm is on the field, and it has no biases. Once it reaches the battlefield, early, mid and late game have no distinction, for you cant choose what to play anyway.

A creature for a creature. A low-cost sorcery for hopefully a high-cost sorcery to mess the game up. From here on out, just play things. Things will probably happen, and your opponent(s) probably won't like these things.

Finally, Eye of the Storm : I tend to see a lot of people emphasize the "copy each instant" part of this card more than the "sorcery" part. Yes, this can be a powerful engine for spamming Lightning Bolts! aimed at an opponent's face. However, more fun is achieved in this deck. Copy Warp World every time a sorcery or instant is cast? Or maybe Thieves' Auction ? Doesn't matter. Your'e one step closer to losing a friend either way.

Thank you for reading this and bearing my por sarcastic remarks (I'm sorry). Suggestions are always welcome; decks can always be improved. If you have any comments or suggestions, feel free to comment them!
