This is a cheap version of the deck I made, taking Simian Spirit Guide out makes it even cheaper (Just over $7 to be exact). The turn 1 win hand requires 3 of any combination of Simian Spirit Guide or Chancellor of the Tangle , Expedite, a land(mountain if you have Assault Strobe(an extra Simian Spirit Guide is interchangable with the mountain) and swamp if you have Tainted Strike), Immolating Souleater , and either Assault Strobe or Tainted Strike. Alternatively, you could get lucky and get those off the top deck with expedite but I would not count on it. Here is the play.

Turn 1 - Exile however many (3-4) Simian Spirit Guide you have or reveal your 3 Chancellor of the Tangle . Play Immolating Souleater . Drop your swamp/mountain, then Expedite your Immolating Souleater . Finish with Tainted Strike or Assault Strobe on your souleater, pay the life, win.

Obviously that is a VERY difficult hand to get, but this deck tends to run consistent turn 2-3 kills.
