The deck is simple enough. It's basically artifact good stuff. You can use Saheeli's Artistry or Phyrexian Metamorph to make a copy of Padeem, Consul of Innovation that is an artifact in addition to its regular card types. This allows it to give himself hexproof. Unless you are playing another artifact centric deck you should be able to ramp into the highest CMC artifact so that you are drawing a card during your upkeep. Are there any other Artifacts or creatures cards that are obvious that i am missing? Thought about Spellskite.
