In Debt to the Merchant King

Casual* Casual Lifegain WB (Orzhov)

Faust-the-Walker

Maybeboard

A deck based more around a concept for a Planeswalker--I enjoy the lore of the game and built a deck around a personal Planeswalker 'character' of my own design.

Re-focused on the creatures, bringing in multiples, rather than a series of different critters to build up numbers. Most all bu the highest cost ones have two things in common: decent toughness or a form of defense and Extort.

The legendary/high cost creatures play off the lifegain element better now, and there are plenty of lands to feed he Extort cost. Add in the faux Sanguine Bond and the actual Exquisite Blood and even one round of extort is going to hurt. I removed the insta-heals, since they didn't work well and decided to stick with the damage dealing punch of Exquisite Blood.
