Hi, this seems the first commander deck with Inalla, archmage ritualist. I tried to modify the precon a bit with the cards I had, but I need some help to improve it and at the same time remaining budget.

I put some combos in the deck, butI don't know if they really work in a game:

bloodline necromancer + Ashnod's Altar: target a wizard in the graveyard, copy the necromancer with Inalla, Archmage Ritualist , sac the necromancer, the copy enter the battlefield and return the necromancer in play. You should go infinite if I am right. You can deal infinite damage with Vela the Night-Clad or double the etb effects with Panharmonicon.

Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + mana rocks: tap your wizards infinite times. You can also untap your creatures with Paradox Engine
