Need to upgrade the lands and a few other cards, but here's a starting point for a Toxrill Infect deck. The idea is simple: use Toxrill to lower people's defenses in order to drop poison on the other players. Proliferate sprinkled throughout to help with both. Once I've tested this deck in the wild more, I'll update this description with a proper Deck Tech.
