This deck would be my first modern build. I built it around gilder bairn, and the idea of using it's ability to help activate planes walker ultimate as soon as they ETB. And if possible, combine it with training grounds and springleaf drum to turn the combo infinite (tap for mana, pay that mana to activae the ability). The included planes walkers ultimates either give a really big advantage (Narset Transcendent, Koth of the Hammer ) or are wincons ( Ral Zarek , if doubled twice basically gives infinite turns, Chandra, Torch of Defiance's emblem is quite the quick burn) Tibalt is a maybe for aggro decks or infect decks.

I'm considerind using Pyretic Ritual to speed up the set up by a few turns, as well as cards such as Sleight of Hand and Serum Visions to up the drawing power. Finally some counters to protect whatever's out.
