The main goal of this deck is to play a Whirler Virtuoso while having either a combination of 3 cards out Decoction Module and Panharmonicon. Having a Panharmonicon out along with at least any of the other two will allow for infinite thopter and if you are having a surplus with every generation of a thopter infinite energy as well.

I have included control such as Reflector Mage + Eldrazi Displacer infinite control. Westvale Abbey   also has a great spot with the amount of potential swarm there is even if we can not get the combos out this is still a backup plan. Two may be better than 1.
