The primary win condition is to use Nekusar and other cards like Underworld Dreams and Fate Unraveler to damage your opponents when they draw. But you're also making your opponents discard their cards like crazy and hurting them with effects like Liliana's Caress while also reaping a lot of benefits with Sangromancer and Waste Not. There's a lot of control in the deck with Evacuation, Mizzium Mortars, and a few counterspells.

If the deck seems a little much for your meta try using Arjun instead of Nekusar.
