Introduction
ie: This is now a competitive Legacy Deck, but that's only for the meta in my town right now. The things i'm running are really just against decks that I think are formidable such as:
Control
Delver
Elves

Deck strengths
Deck strengths
"DECK STRENGTHS" The Strengths in this deck are to keep your opponent guessing. Don't let them gain the advantage by letting them counter all of your spells, while you can just bait them and get out the big bomb you really wanted in the first place. Sylvan Library, Stoneforge Mystic, Knight of the Reliquary, and Green Sun's Zenith will do the job for me so I can get a successful win.
Deck weaknesses
Deck weaknesses
"DECK WEAKNESSES" The major weakness to this deck is any sort of efficient board wiping. Once I've lost my card advantage, and all my creatures are in my graveyard, then my last stand may be my man-lands which my die to my opponent because I face control fairly often. Another major weakness is control, but not exactly removal, but counters, I can keep my cards in my hand but if they have more counters than I can put out, then they may have one the game unless they've misplayed at one point and I gain my slim window.
The Strategy
General strategy
General strategy
"GENERAL STRATEGY" The strategy is to just play around things that may seem threatening. Also keeping your opponents still guessing. Using Sylvan Library to get my card knowledge in, Also tutoring with Stoneforge and The Zenith is very helpful. I keep my opponents from searching obviously with the Aven Mindcensor which is really nice.
Early game
Mid game
Late game
Late game
"LATE GAME" If it gets to this point, they should have already lost, or it's going to be some big finisher using Mother of Runes to get the Threatening equipped thing to end the game. Sometimes ending it with Deathrite Shaman may do the trick.
Contingency plan
Contingency plan
"CONTINGENCY PLAN" At worst, I'm going just going to keep hammering with creatures, or continue to inch away at them with Deathrite Shaman. Otherwise, I may have lost.
Mulligans
Mulligans
"MULLIGANS" Only when the hand is extremely bad. Or may be irrelevant within a special situation. You'll understand when you hit the situation.

Card Choices Explained
Lands
Lands
"LANDS" Obviously I need mana. They all have their purposes. Straightforward they seem self explanatory. Wasteland: Simple Mana Disruption.
Karakas
: Save my Threatening Legendaries on the field or to bounce back some irritable re-animator gadgets. Running two basics against stuff like Blood Moon though not really run in legacy but quite terrifying, I might throw a plains in there to get all three colors to stay safe from Price of Progress.
Creatures
Creatures
"CREATURES" Reasons For my Creatures .
Deathrite Shaman: It helps for ramp sometimes when your opponent uses fetches, and it puts in work with it's second ability. And it's last ability is really good against Reanimator and just-in-case situations when I need to gain life.
Knight of the Reliquary: Is good to help fix my mana base to where it's pleasing, I also sometimes fetch for
Maze of Ith.
Mother of Runes: There for protection against removal, and bounce.
Scryb Ranger: It's has good synergy with any of my tap ability creatures, and it's a cool combat trick as well.
Stoneforge Mystic: This is just really good, fetch for any of my equipments. Thalia, Guardaian of Thraben: Kinda screws over the people with their mana base, making them choose carefully. I don't really mind because I could pop my Instants and Sorceries with an extra mana. Aven Mindcencor, is just locking down my opponent rendering their fetches useless.

Building this deck
Building this deck
"BUILDING THIS DECK" My plan was to make this some stupid casual Naya Deck running like zoo, but then I got into it and decided to make it legacy. It's been at it's stages and it's been through baby stage, midrange, then boom: Legacy Maverick.
