Reworking the deck for Theros. Still under construction.
The theme of the deck is to pump Nivix Cyclops, Blistercoil Weird, and other crazy Izzet stuff with instants and sorceries and pull a surprise win out of nowhere. Armed / Dangerous being one of the best cards around to do that. Hybrid Aggro/control build.
So this deck is playing much more like a burn deck than it did in it's RTR/INN incarnation. 3 is a very comfortable top to my mana curve. That said, I find that Ral Zarek is no longer needed. He was fun to use for a while, but he just does not fit here any more. Perhaps when Born of the Gods releases, but as of now, i'll be cutting him either for 1x more Dissolve or Spellheart Chimera.
