Focuses on Inspiring Statuary and Cruel Reality. Keep their field clear of creatures and their hand clear of cards. Forcing them to take damage from Cruel Reality and even Torment of Hailfire.
Mechanized Production alternate win condition available by using all of the sideboard to change the decks' focus. See bottom for more details.
The Tormenting
Torment of Scarabs will be the first Curse on your opponent. This will start the bleeding unless they sacrifice a non-land permanent or discard a card. Those in turn will work with the rest of the tormenting process.
Torment of Hailfire gets rid of your opponent's creatures, hand, and/or life. Using Inspiring Statuary will create a nice sized Torment of Hailfire to hit your opponent with.
Cruel Reality finishes the game. Using the rest of the deck you will be trying to rid your opponent's resources, allowing Cruel Reality to finish your opponent off.
Herald of Anguish is a big flier that can be improvised onto the field without Inspiring Statuary. It also keeps the discarding going.
Open the Armory will activate
Trail of Evidence
if it is out, it will also allow you to tutor for an aura you need. This works very well with the sideboard's Mechanized Production tactic.
Don't forget, the more of each enchantment you have on the field, the more your opponent gets hit.
Investigating
This portion nets you Clue tokens that will be used with Inspiring Statuary.
Thraben Inspector to get you a body on the field and a Clue.
Expose Evil
helps you to stay alive by tapping up to two of their creatures and gives you a Clue.
Trail of Evidence
gives you a Clue every time you cast an Instant or Sorcery. With Inspiring Statuary that means you will gain more "mana" to cast even more spells.
Artifacts
Inspiring Statuary let's you tap artifacts to help cast non-artifact spells even faster. Don't forget that Inspiring Statuary can be used for it's ability too.
1/1 Servo tokens can be used to block and for improvise.
Clue tokens will be created using other parts of the deck for more to put into Improvise. As well as sacrificing it later in game to draw more and help keep your opponent's reality... cruel.
Discard
Keeping your opponent's hand empty will help to ensure they can't do anything and for them to take damage or have to sacrifice any of the permanents they do manage to get out.
Harsh Scrutiny helps you to rid your opponent of creature cards in their hand. You also get the added bonus of knowing what is in their hand and scrying 1.
Lay Bare the Heart for more discarding.
By taking out 1 Torment of Hailfire, 2 Cruel Reality, 3 Torment of Scarabs, 2 Harsh Scrutiny, 3 Lay Bare the Heart, and 4 Swamps and then inserting 4 Mechanized Production, 4

Mechanized Production is the main focus of the new win condition as by having 8 Tokens: Clues with this enchanted on one, you will win. This deck will be creating a lot of Clues. If needed, you can also go a 1/1 Servo token win as well.
Erdwal Illuminator
will net you an extra Clue on your first Investigate of the turn.
Confirm Suspicions
is easier to cast when you can Improvise it. This will not only take care of an opponent's spell, but it will give you 3 "mana" back from the Clue tokens you can then Improvise with.
