Clever Impersonator: Once again, either Runard or Hans
Coldsteel Heart: Only an act of true love can flaw a frozen heart
Cyclonic Rift: A giant tornado? Sounds like Gale is up to no good, and he specializes in "un?"natural disasters. Also ties in to Gale's tornado in Frozen 2.
